Forum Off-Line and New User Registration Turned Off Due to Spammers

There have been multiple attempts today (11/28/2017) to register bogus accounts to no doubt send spam or cause other issues. All users from this attempt have been deleted, the Forum has been Deactivated and New User Registration to the site has been disabled. Currently, no decision has been made as to if or when the Forum will come back on-line. That will be decided next year some time.
